Pipeline & revenue attribution: connect CRM deals
Bring deals from HubSpot into IntentBid and see influenced pipeline and won revenue, which campaigns ran before each deal and while it was open, and pipeline per dollar of LinkedIn and ChatGPT Ads spend.
Pipeline & revenue matches deals in your CRM to what your ads did at the same company. A deal counts as influenced when its company saw or clicked your LinkedIn ads, clicked a ChatGPT ad, or came from an AI answer in the 90 days before the deal was created, or while it was open. Each deal counts once, so totals never double count across campaigns.
Open it from ABM reports → Pipeline & revenue, or the Pipeline & revenue tab in Account engagement.
1. Connect your CRM
Deals come from HubSpot. Go to Connections → Integrations, pick your CRM and paste a token.
HubSpot
- In HubSpot, go to Development → Legacy apps → Create legacy app → Private (super admin needed).
- Name it IntentBid and add the scopes listed on the IntentBid integration page.
- For deals, also add crm.objects.deals.read. Without it, companies sync but deals don't.
- Create the app, open Auth → Show token, copy it and paste it in IntentBid.
2. Make sure deals can be matched
Deals are matched to companies by website domain. For a deal to count:
- It must be associated with a company in HubSpot.
- That company must have a website domain.
Deals without a company, or companies without a domain, are read but can't be matched. Cleaning this up in the CRM is usually the biggest improvement you can make.
3. Read deals
Deals are read daily. To read them now, open Account engagement → Stages & intent settings and click Refresh deals now in the CRM box. It shows how many deals were read, and a warning if the token lacks access to deals.

Below the tiles, a monthly chart shows pipeline created, revenue won and ad spend side by side.
By campaign or source
Each LinkedIn campaign, ChatGPT Ads campaign and AI source with the deals touched, their pipeline and what was won. A deal touched by three campaigns appears under each of them, but only once in the totals.
Deal by deal
Every deal with status (open, won, lost), amount, created date and two columns:
- Before the deal: the campaigns or sources that reached the company in the 90 days before the deal was created
- While open: the ones that reached it while the deal was open
Before the deal suggests your ads helped create the opportunity. While open suggests they kept the buying committee warm during the evaluation.
Use deals in stages and exclusions
Once deals are in, you can also:
- Use Open deals in CRM and Won deals in CRM as stage conditions. See Set up ABM stages and intent tags.
- Exclude customers (companies with a won deal) from every LinkedIn campaign automatically. See Exclusions.
Reading it honestly
Influenced means the company was reached before or during the deal, not that the ads caused it. Some of these deals would have happened anyway. Report it as influenced pipeline, compare it over time, and when you need proof, hold out a group of similar accounts from ads for a quarter. FAQ
Why don't my totals match my CRM's pipeline report?
Only influenced deals are counted, and only deals whose company has a domain IntentBid can match. Deals at companies your ads never reached aren't included.
Why is the window 90 days?
It covers the research phase of most B2B purchases and keeps the link between exposure and deal plausible. Exposure while the deal is open is counted separately, so long evaluations aren't missed.
Does a deal count twice if LinkedIn and ChatGPT Ads both reached the company?
No. It appears under both sources, but counts once in the totals.
Does attribution cost credits?
No. Pipeline attribution and CRM sync are free to use on every plan.
