IntentBid vs ZenABM for LinkedIn ABM (October 2026)
A factual comparison of IntentBid and ZenABM for LinkedIn ABM as of October 2026: who each is best for, LinkedIn features, capping, CRM, channels, pricing and trials, with sources.
Short answer, as of October 2026: ZenABM is a strong choice if your ABM program is LinkedIn-only, you want a Salesforce CRM sync, and you want the lowest entry price and a long trial. IntentBid fits better if you want a built-in daily impression cap per company on LinkedIn, and LinkedIn ABM in the same tool as ChatGPT Ads, website visitor identification and AI visibility tracking. Both run on your own LinkedIn ad account and neither marks up media.
We make IntentBid, so read this with that in mind. Every ZenABM claim below comes from ZenABM's own website, linked inline, as of October 2026. Features change; check their site before you decide.

LinkedIn ABM features
Both tools are built around the same core idea: LinkedIn reports impressions, clicks and engagements by company, and that data, joined to your CRM, is the backbone of LinkedIn ABM.
ZenABM's homepage lists company engagement, intent signals, account scoring, finding and pausing underperforming ads, an AI agent called Zena, automated LinkedIn reports, ABM dashboards and multi-channel revenue attribution (ZenABM). Its blog describes job title reporting including video views per job title, and stages you define yourself from LinkedIn engagement, CRM properties, website visits and deal stages (What is ZenABM).
IntentBid covers the same ground: Account engagement by company, custom ABM stages and intent tags, job titles and seniority with video completion by title, and pipeline attribution with influenced pipeline and before/after-deal views.
On the core LinkedIn reporting, the two are close. The differences are in capping, channels and CRM.
Frequency capping per company
This is the clearest functional difference.
ZenABM's impression capping page says that "Campaign Manager has no per-account spend limit, so in practice the cap is a decision plus an exclusion": you pick a ceiling, find the accounts over it, and push exclusions to LinkedIn, which are then "re-applied daily to every active ad set in scope" (ZenABM).
IntentBid has a daily frequency cap per account built into every LinkedIn campaign. You set impressions per company per UTC day (and optionally spend), with a field next to each company. IntentBid checks LinkedIn's company report every 3 hours and, because LinkedIn reports companies 12 to 24 hours late, counts the higher of today's and yesterday's figures. A company at its cap is taken out of the targeting for the rest of the day and comes back the next day. LinkedIn targets at most 100 companies by company page per campaign, so IntentBid splits bigger lists into up to 5 campaigns of 100 in one campaign group, which also keeps each company inside LinkedIn's reporting limits. See LinkedIn ABM frequency capping per account.
If you prefer to manage over-served accounts by hand, ZenABM's approach works. If you want the cap enforced every day without intervention, IntentBid does that.
Budget protection
Both tools switch off the LinkedIn Audience Network and audience expansion and run campaigns on a schedule. ZenABM says its Budget Savers re-check audience settings every hour and schedules every 15 minutes (ZenABM). IntentBid's Spend Guard does the same per campaign, adds exclusion of unpaid, training and entry-level members, shows titles with impressions and no clicks, and on Growth and above runs a bidding agent that suggests or pauses ads far below the campaign's median CTR. IntentBid's Exclusions apply one company and job title list across every campaign, with customers and competitors added automatically.
CRM
Here ZenABM is ahead for Salesforce users. Its homepage lists "CRM sync (HubSpot, Salesforce)" (ZenABM). IntentBid has native HubSpot integrations; Salesforce currently runs through Zapier or Make, with native Salesforce rolling out. If you're on Salesforce and need a direct sync now, that's a real reason to pick ZenABM.
Channels beyond LinkedIn
ZenABM is LinkedIn-first. Its blog also describes company-level engagement data from Google Ads and Reddit Ads, and tracking companies referred by AI chatbots such as ChatGPT and Perplexity (What is ZenABM).
IntentBid's second channel is ChatGPT Ads: campaigns on buyer questions in your own OpenAI ad account, with clicks tied back to companies through visitor identification. It also includes:
- Visitor identification: which companies visit your site, from which source, and what they read
- AI visibility: your buyer questions checked daily in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, with the GEO agent and, on Growth and above, an autopilot whose AI agent proposes and drafts fixes
- Account Finder for building target account and lookalike lists from your website and ICP
- Creative studio for ad images
If you only need LinkedIn, these extras don't matter and ZenABM's lower price is the better deal. If you'd otherwise buy a separate visitor identification or AI visibility tool, IntentBid replaces it.
Pricing and trials
ZenABM, monthly billing, at the time of writing: Starter $59, Growth $159, Pro $399, Agency $479, with "2 Months for free!" on annual billing. Starter includes up to 1 ABM campaign, Growth up to 3, Pro and Agency unlimited (ZenABM pricing). Trial: 37 days. Prices change, so check their pricing page before you decide.
IntentBid, monthly: Starter $99 (up to 3 LinkedIn ABM campaigns), Growth $229, Pro $549, Agency $699 with 3 client profiles and $199 per extra profile. Yearly billing gives two months free. Trial: 14 days, no card. See pricing.
ZenABM is cheaper at every tier. IntentBid's price includes ChatGPT Ads, identified companies each month, and AI visibility tracking, so the fair comparison depends on what else you'd buy.
How to choose
- LinkedIn only, Salesforce, lowest cost: ZenABM.
- Automatic daily caps per company: IntentBid.
- LinkedIn plus ChatGPT Ads, visitor identification and AI visibility in one account view: IntentBid.
- Unsure: run both trials on the same ad account for two weeks and compare on the same accounts. Both connect to your existing LinkedIn account; neither needs you to move campaigns.
FAQ
Can I use IntentBid and ZenABM on the same LinkedIn ad account?
Technically yes, both use LinkedIn's API on your own account. Avoid having both change the same campaign settings or exclusions at the same time, or they'll overwrite each other.
Do both tools charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. ZenABM says there are no ad-spend markups; IntentBid charges a 0% fee on media spend. You pay LinkedIn directly in both cases.
Which has better LinkedIn reporting?
Both rely on the same LinkedIn company and demographic data, with the same limits LinkedIn documents: approximate figures, a 12 to 24 hour delay, the top 100 values per creative per day and a minimum of 3 events (LinkedIn Marketing API). The differences are in what each tool does with it.
Does ZenABM run ChatGPT Ads?
We didn't find ChatGPT Ads campaign management on ZenABM's site as of October 2026. Its site does describe tracking AI chatbot referrals.
