Set up your company profile
Your company name, website, extra domains, country and competitors, and why each one matters.
Your company profile tells IntentBid what to track and what to recognise as your own.
Fields and what they do
| Field | Used for |
|---|---|
| Company name | Recognising your brand in AI answers. Add common spellings if people write it differently. |
| Website | The main domain the script runs on and the pages GEO audits read. |
| Extra domains | Other domains the script may run on (docs, app, regional sites). |
| Country | Which market AI answers are checked for, and default campaign countries. |
| Competitors | Counting who AI names instead of you, and spotting their ads. |
| Tools buyers ask about | Suggesting buyer questions such as "works with NetSuite". |
Changing the profile later
Owners and admins can edit the profile at any time. Changing the company name or competitors applies to new AI checks from the next day; past answers keep the names they were checked with.
Several brands
If you run more than one brand or product line, an agency account can hold several brand profiles under one login. See Agency accounts.
