Company targeting on Microsoft

Upload a TAL list: Microsoft matches the companies to professional profiles and shows your ads to people who work there, before they ever visit.

Company audiences on Google

People from your target companies join a Google Ads audience as soon as the pixel identifies them: Display, YouTube and Gmail retargeting by account.

Reach new accounts

ICP segments (the searches and sites of your buyers) and lookalike companies built from your best accounts.

Impressions per account

Microsoft reports delivery by company; every click and visit is tied to the account by the IntentBid pixel.

Three ways to put your ads in front of target accounts

  • Microsoft Audience Network (cold reach by company): MSN, Outlook, Microsoft Edge and partner sites. Target up to 1,000 companies per campaign, plus job functions and industries. Choose "only these companies" or "everyone in these roles, bid up for these companies".
  • Google Display, YouTube and Gmail (retargeting by company): IntentBid identifies the company behind each visit and adds the visitor to the company audience in your Google Ads account, with a frequency cap per person.
  • Google ICP segments and lookalikes (new reach): a custom segment from the searches your buyers make and the sites they read, and lookalike companies from the profile of your best accounts.

Built for B2B budgets

No DSP minimums, no managed-service fee and no media markup: campaigns run in your own Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising accounts and you pay the platforms directly. IntentBid builds the lists, creates the campaigns paused, checks every ad against the platform limits and reports by account.

Benchmarks we hold display to: CTR 0.10–0.25 %, CPM 4–14 USD for ABM display; the campaign workspace flags anything outside the range.

Honest about what each platform allows

Google does not target companies by name or IP: on Google, account targeting works through company audiences (after a visit), ICP segments and lookalikes. Microsoft Advertising does target by company, industry and job function. Contact data is never uploaded to ad platforms: Customer Match uses only your own first-party contacts.

Straight answers.

Is this programmatic?

Yes: Google Display and the Microsoft Audience Network are programmatic networks with real-time bidding across thousands of sites and apps. IntentBid gives you account-based targeting on them without a separate DSP contract.

Can I see impressions per account?

On Microsoft Ads, yes: Microsoft reports impressions and clicks by company. Google reports impressions per campaign; for Google, IntentBid shows clicks and visits per account from the pixel.

Do you upload contact data to Google or Microsoft?

No. Company targeting uses company names (Microsoft) and company audiences built from visits (Google). Customer Match only ever gets your own first-party contacts.
