How to use IntentBid's Creative studio: the ad package, ad image resizer, image compressor, background remover and CTA button maker.

By the IntentBid team · Updated 23 October 2026 · 4 min read

The Creative studio (under Ads in the app menu) makes the images and text your campaigns need, in the right sizes and within each platform's limits. It is included in every paid plan. All image work happens in your browser: your photos and logos aren't uploaded until you save them or attach them to a campaign.

Ad package

The fastest way to get a complete set.

  1. Brand kit: add a product, team or customer photo, and your logo (IntentBid fills in the logo from your website domain; click it to upload another). Enter the banner headline (up to 30 characters), an optional second line for large sizes and the button text (up to 16 characters). Pick brand and button colours and a style: Photo, Split or Bold.
  2. Every size: the studio renders all standard display banners with your text and button, each under 150 KB, plus clean responsive and Demand Gen images, square and 4:1 logos, and the ChatGPT square. Responsive and ChatGPT images stay free of text, because those platforms add the text themselves and reject overlays. Filter by Display banners, Responsive & Demand Gen, Logos or ChatGPT.
  3. Text for every ad: fill in search headlines and descriptions, display paths, display headlines, long headline, descriptions, business name, sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets and the ChatGPT title and text. Each field shows a counter and flags lines that are too long. Click Suggest everything (1 credit) to have IntentBid's AI writer draft every field from your offer and knowledge base; add an optional brief such as the audience or a proof point. It doesn't invent customer names, numbers or awards, but check every line before you launch.
  4. Save or use: Save to Creatives keeps the package so you can download any size again later; Download all (ZIP) gets the files; Use in a new campaign opens the campaign builder with the package attached.

An Ad strength indicator shows how complete the text set is. Google gives its best rating to ads with 15 headlines and 4 descriptions.

Resize

Use it when you have one good image and need it in many sizes.

  1. Drop in a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG.
  2. Click the subject in the Focus point box. Every crop keeps that point in view.
  3. Choose Fill and crop (edge to edge) or Fit with background (the whole image, padded with a background colour you pick). Adjust Zoom if needed.
  4. Choose sizes with the presets ChatGPT Ads, Google responsive, Display banners or All, or tick sizes one by one. Each shows its file size limit.
  5. Pick a format: JPG is smallest, PNG keeps text sharp, WebP is a good middle ground where accepted.
  6. Check the device preview (iPhone, Tablet, Desktop, ChatGPT), then Download all (ZIP) or download sizes one at a time.

Compress

Use it when a platform rejects a file for being too large.

  1. Drop in one or more images.
  2. Pick a preset: Google display · 150 KB, Fast landing page · 500 KB, 1 MB or Google responsive · 5 MB, or type your own limit in KB.
  3. Optionally set a maximum width, for example 1200 px.
  4. Pick JPG or WebP. PNG keeps full quality but doesn't apply the size limit.
  5. Download. Each row shows the size before and after.

Remove background

Best for product shots and logos on a plain, even background. It isn't designed for complex photos.

  1. Drop in the image.
  2. Choose Background around the subject (removes only the colour connected to the edges) or That colour everywhere (also removes it inside the subject, for example inside the letters of a logo).
  3. Click Detect from edges, or Pick the colour in the preview and click the background.
  4. Adjust Tolerance (how similar a colour must be to be removed) and Edge softness (smooths the cut-out edge).
  5. Optionally tick New background colour to place the subject on a solid colour, then Download image.

CTA buttons

  1. Type the button text (up to 40 characters; short is better, for example "Book a demo").
  2. Pick a style: Solid, Pill, Outline, Soft, Gradient, Text link or Dark, and a size S, M or L.
  3. Choose an icon and which side it goes on, the colours (or a preset theme), corner radius, shadow, uppercase and font.
  4. Check the preview on light and dark backgrounds.
  5. Export as PNG (2×) for banners, SVG for design tools, or Copy HTML for your landing page.

Remember that responsive Google and Microsoft ads and ChatGPT ads don't allow buttons on the image. Use buttons on uploaded banners and landing pages only.

Tips

Start with the sharpest source image you have, ideally 1200 px or more on the short side. The limits behind each preset are in Google display ad specs and ChatGPT Ads creative specs.
